This tour is designed for travelers who want to visit the most famous places of Altyn Emel National Nature Park. Within 2 days you will explore such wonders of nature like Singing Dune and Aktau/Katutau Mountains. You will see incredible unearthly landscapes where you will feel like you are on another planet for a moment. Everything around you will seem somehow unrealistic.

You will head to one of the largest National Parks of Kazakhstan, with an area of 3076 sq.km. called Altyn Emel, which means the Golden Saddle. The territory of the park includes mountain, sand-desert, gravel-clay-desert landscape complexes. In 2017, the Altyn-Emel National Park was awarded the international status of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

BOOKING TERMS

Prepayment (30% of the tour cost for the Private tours, 20% for the Group tours) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid at the start of the tour.
To accept online payments from bank cards, we use PayPal as a payment gateway, so you can securely pay with any international debit/credit card. No need to have or create a PayPal account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PRIVATE TOURS

Customer can change the details or cancel the booking no later than 72 hours before the start of the tour with the possibility of a 70-90% refund of the tour cost. After this time, no refunds will be made.

FIXED-DATE GROUP TOURS

Customer can change the details or cancel the booking no later than (24 hours - for day tours; 72 hours - for multi-day tours) before the start of the tour with a full refund of the tour cost. After this time, no refunds will be made.
A minimum number of tourists and suitable weather are required. If these criteria are not met, the tour will be canceled no later than 48 hours before the start and you will be offered a different date/tour or a full refund.

Any tour/booking can be canceled in case of force majeure with a full refund.
