Oi-Qaragai mountain resort

On this tour you will visit the Oi-qaragai mountain resort located in the majestic mountain gorge of the Trans-Ili Alatau.

Here you will find entertainment for all ages and interests, restaurants for every taste, and, of course, enjoy winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing, zipline, rope park, horse-riding.

The largest zipline in Asia and the third largest in the world is located here. It consists of 7 trails with a total length of about 3 km. An amazing place where everyone can feel like a bird and soar over the gorge!

Oi-Qaragai has 4 luge and balloon tracks with a lift for comfortable snow tubing, which will appeal not only to children, but also to adults.

In addition, there is a cable car, an equestrian center with horse rides, a rope park, a children's center for children and much more for a wonderful holiday. And our comfortable transport and guide will help you get there and navigate the place.

BOOKING TERMS

Deposit ($50 - $100) is required to confirm your private tour booking. No deposit is required for group tour bookings, but it may be requested later if necessary. The remaining amount should be paid at the start of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PRIVATE TOURS

Customers can change the details or cancel the booking no later than 72 hours before the start of the tour with the possibility of a 70-90% refund of the tour cost. After this time, no refund is possible. The deposit made is non-refundable.

GROUP TOURS

Customers can change the details or cancel the booking no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour/activity with a full refund of the tour cost. After this time, no refund is possible.
A minimum number of tourists and suitable weather are required. If these criteria are not met, the tour/activity will be canceled no later than 48 hours before the start and customers will be offered a different date/tour or a full refund.

Any tour/booking can be canceled in case of force majeure with a full refund.
