HOW TO BOOK THE TOUR

Just submit a booking request or contact us in any convenient way. We process your request, issue an invoice and send you a payment link through an international payment system, so that you can pay your invoice with any bank card.
Prepayment (deposit) of 10% (min. $50) of the tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than the start of the tour. Full payment is required if the booking is made 7 days or less before the tour date.
We receive your payment and confirm your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can change the details or cancel the booking no later than 1 week before the start of the tour with the possibility of a 90% refund of the tour cost. After this time, no refunds will be made.

Customer can change the details or cancel the booking no later than 1 month before the start of the tour with the possibility of a 90% refund of the tour cost. After this time, no refunds will be made.
A minimum number of tourists is required. If the minimum is not met, the tour will be canceled and you will be offered a different date/tour or a full refund.
